Happy Hump Day: Michael C. Hall

With a nerve-wracking season finale quickly approaching this Sunday, I found it appropriate to feature everyone’s favorite TV serial killer, Michael C. Hall. He continues to blow audience’s minds with his hauntingly raw performance on Showtime’s Dexter and was an inspiration to all when he battled and kicked the ass of Hodgkin’s lymphoma (mainly in private), which he has stated is now in remission. I had the pleasure of meeting Michael (so weird not to refer to him as Dexter) at this past year’s Comic Con and he was just as lovely as I imagined. I wish him and his beautiful wife, Jennifer Carpenter, nothing but all the happiness in the world! Enjoy the picspam and try not to chew all your fingernails off while watching this week’s Dexter finale!

Update: Just got an email detailing that Michael C. Hall will be visiting New York City’s 101.9 RXP tomorrow, 12/9, during The Rock Show at 8am. He will also be playing his favorite tunes on air Sunday, 12/12, at 7pm before the season finale! So make sure to tune in!

Happy Hump Day: Darren Criss

Many friends have pointed me in the direction of a Very Potter Musical, and although the few little segments I’ve seen have been all sorts of wonderful for this Potter geek, it’s his most current role as Blaine on Glee that really made my heart swell. He plays Kurt’s new crush from Dalton Academy (please let him not join their ranks, it can’t be!) and he has managed to make me love songs I usually cannot stand. Examples? Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream and this week’s Soul Sister by Train. He is absolutely wonderful! Is there anyway I can make him pocket-sized so I can tote him with me everywhere I go? No? Oh. Well, I guess this picspam will have to do!

Happy Hump Day: Justin Kirk

So I’m not really sure if I am in love with Justin Kirk, or the character he plays on Showtime’s Weeds: Andy Botwin. Either way, he’s absolutely adorable to watch on a weekly basis as the hilarious and goofy uncle in one of TV’s most dysfunctional (but lovable) families. He’s also best known for his role as Prior Walter in the screen adaptation of Angels in America, the very play Zachary Quinto is a part of currently in New York City! And thankfully he is not only sticking to Weeds, I’m sure a lot of you spotted him on Modern Family a couple of weeks ago and he is set to star in quite a slew of movies, such as Vamps, alongside Alicia Silverstone and Sigourney Weaver. Looks like Uncle Andy isn’t such a slacker after all! ;)

Lovable Friday

1. DIY Colored Mason Jars

It’s no secret: I love easy DIY projects! Although I don’t consider myself to be very crafty, I can do spray painting without any difficulties. Promise. And this simple DIY project consisting of a can of spray paint and a pack of mason jars really does it for me. Just think of these pretties adorning a table at an event or even as a centerpiece for a shower – they would be so perfect! And the best part is that they would take minimal time and effort, as well as be gentle on your wallet. I, for one, can’t wait to give these babies a test run. If you are also interested, you can pick up large packs of mason jars at Big Lots for under $15! Thank me later ;)

Happy Hump Day: Will Arnett

Who here misses the funniest show ever aired on television, Arrested Development? I know I do! And that is mainly due to some amazing writers and equally fabulous characters played by some talented actors. Cue Mr. Will Arnett. Who can forget his ridiculously awesome magic routine to the sweet tunes of Europe, c’mon, don’t deny it – you remember! Aside from the lovable Gob of TV past, Arnett is now starring in the new Fox series, Running Wilde, alongside Kerri Russell. For all those Wilde fans, make sure to spread the word, rumor has it that it may get canned! Having another axe sling down on Arnett and make him disappear from our televisions again would really be a bummer. But, let’s practice the power of positive thinking and send Will some good vibes as we oogle some of his best photos. Deal? Deal!

Happy Hump Day: Matt Bomer

Although I have yet to watch one episode of White Collar, I know that Matt Bomer, who plays con-man turned FBI consultant, Neal Caffrey, is quite the looker. The Texas native had one hell of a social circle growing up. He went to high school with fellow hottie, Lee Pace, and then college at Carnegie Mellon with bestie, Zachary Quinto. He began his acting career on soaps before landing bigger roles on Chuck and finally, White Collar. He’s also big into sports, but has most recently been backhanding rumors rather than tennis balls that mainly revolve around his sexual orientation. Honestly, does it even matter with a face like that? You tell me after feasting your eyes on the picspam below. ;)

Terribull’s Last Day

Hello Meli Dolls,

Today is my last day as Meli’s guest blogger… it’s been a treat to get to post  to her fantastic site and be a part of her blog.  Hopefully I will be lucky enough to get to guest blog for Meli again in the future when she goes on another adventure.

On to the good stuff…

So, how many of you watched Dexter? The premier was AMAZING… I am full of questions and already counting the moments until I get to see more… What road do you think that Dexter’s Dark Passenger will take?

Tonight is Glee… my other favorite, it’s the Britney Spears episode featuring six of her hit songs, I cant wait to see Heather Morris shine as a more than a supporting character in this one.

Well loves, off to get the day started…  I’m my own shameless promotion, my blog is still a work in progress, but I hope to keep in touch with you all there (eventually).

xoxo Terribull

Weekend Wrap-Up

Hello Meli Lovers!

This weekend has been full of naps and Jersey Shore episodes (a favorite guilty pleasure.)

Friday night was super relaxed, I cooked a yummy Chicken meal for friends and just hung out at home.  Saturday I made pancakes and watched The Rivalry (now I understand) with the Booo and spent most of they day being lazy. Saturday night was “party” night, headed out to South Tampa for some bar-crawling at Cheap and the Kennedy. I had a lot of fun dancing and spending time with awesome people.

I sort of gave up drinking… I still had 1 beer while out last night, but I am going to try a cleanse so to speak to see if nodrinky drinks allow me to see better results in my fitness goals

As for today… its a lazy Sunday… I slept in and may end up at the pool, I reeeeeeally need to clean the apartment and prepare for Dexter! I am so excited for Season 5 of my Dexter Morgan love affair.

XOXO Terribull

Happy Hump-day Meli Fans!

While Meli is away, I will (hopefully) be able to fill her blogging shoes and entertain you all. My name is Terri and I am in the process of getting my own blog up and running, if you are interested check out Terribull.com.

Wednesday is Hump Day, so in keeping with the theme of hottness, let me shine a little spot light on the lovely Kevin McHale from Glee:

What’s not to love about Kevin?  A former member of the boy band NLT, McHale plays McKinley High’s Artie, the smooth singing handi-capable sweetheart on Glee (one of my favorite shows). While his character Artie is wheelchair bound, Kevin is actually a pretty fantastic dancer off the set, the episode “Dream On” shows off McHale’s skills in a dream sequence.

If you missed the premier of Glee last night, check out the full episodes here and fall in love!

Enjoy! xoxo
