My son and I loved ratatouille - Remy is so cute as he thumbs his nose at the tradition of eating garbage. He is the perfect daring oddball going after his own dreams. The kitchen scenes had my son rolling on the floor laughing so hard.
I would really love to win this movie for my son. We love movie nights together - wonderful bonding times. Thanks for the chance

While Disney has produced some amazing films over the years... I have to give this one to Miyazaki.

Spirited Away is one of the most complex, beautiful and compelling animated films ever created. It resists the simple "good vs. evil" tropes of most children's movies, but does not become inaccessible for younger audiences -- even as it captivates more mature viewers with complex morality themes and imagery that teeters on grotesque. The animation can almost be described as tactile as you can almost feel the floorboards creak and monsters squish underneath Sen's bare feet.

Runner up: My Neighbor Totoro (the only film that doesn't need an antagonist to work. As Roger Ebert says "a film made for the world we should live in, rather than the one we occupy.."
