Friday night we headed to Ian and Beau’s new apartment for their official housewarming. We had entirely too much fun with their dirty word magnets and were inundated with entirely too much beer. I tried my best to be on my best behavior though as the next morning was the autism walk in Broward.

Saturday morning we drove up to Broward followed by our small, but mighty team to walk for autism! Team Melificent was able to reach $445 in donations towards the cause and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for everyone that was generous enough to participate! I’m already thinking of next year as I want it to be a bit more organized (team shirts) & will most probably be the Miami walk rather than Broward so that more people can be involved.

Sunday night we headed to the Fillmore on Miami Beach to watch The Black Keys perform with friends. They were absolutely awesome and we had a great time (except for the poor hubs getting sick towards the end), but more about that tomorrow! The show will get it’s own blog post complete with photos and videos.
