Lovable Friday!

1. Dino Bracelet

You would be seriously bringing it back to the old school with this dino bracelet found at Olive Shoppe. I hate when I fall in love with something on Pinterest, and then follow the link only to find that it is sold out (or ridiculously expensive); this bracelet fell under both categories. Bah humbug. Can’t somebody talented out there replicate this for me? I’ll make you cupcakes.

2. Paper pup

I was never really into paper dolls too much as a child. I preferred my real, plastic Barbie dolls that I would position in my bathroom sink doubling as a super-fun-pool-party (!). But this Boston Terrier rendition is just all sorts of wonderful. How adorable is that??? I, of course, imagine dressing up my own little Boston princess, Gwen, in frilly little dresses and bows. I would probably be missing several limbs if I actually attempted something like that (she’s crazy frisky), so this would be the safer route.

3. Aqua wedges

I do not know whose legs/shoes/feet these are, but I am lusting pretty bad over those aqua wedges. Actually, I would be good with any aqua colored shoe right now. They are literally everywhere, and I feel like they are taunting me with their pretty beach-memory-inducing shade. I’d love if anyone could point me in a similar (and affordable) direction. ;)

4. Gusto Pinwheel

The backyard remodel is a-go since this week, so I am really amped to start finding fun accessories and pieces to make our backyard more fun and festive for the upcoming summer months. This stainless steel pinwheel from Chiasso immediately caught my eye, and had me wondering how it would look in one of our new planters. Of course, now I am super picky and skeptical that I have the funds (why does that always happen?), when before I felt like having a crazy shopping free-for-all. Ah, human behavior.

5. Scalloped necklace

Scallops are the new big thing. They are seen on dresses & shorts, and even in home decor & design, so of course accessories could not be left behind. This beautiful little scalloped gold necklace is so dainty and feminine, I could see it being paired with a pretty and light summer dress or to bring a little bit of whimsy to a darker jacket and skinny jeans ensemble. Basically, it works with everything and is perfect. Be mine.
