Heroes Season Finale

So last night marked the end of season 3 for Heroes and that only meant one thing: finale party! Unfortunately, a lot of our guests couldn’t make it so it was only the hubs, myself and our good friend, Roxy, but we had a great time regardless. Roxy made these amazing Sylar cupcakes, which bled red food coloring when you bit into them – so awesome & delicious! She has definitely been our cupcake mistress. Remember those epic Cylon cupcakes for the Battlestar Galactica finale?

OK, now on to the show. If you have not yet watched or are in the UK or other countries that may be behind the US, please stop reading here! I would hate to spoil anyone’s viewing experience :)

1. What is going on with Hiro?? He is one of my favorite characters and I would hate to see anything terrible happen to him!

2. Not enough Suresh. (fangirl moment)

3. I totally called Nathan Petrelli’s death! Is it a terrible thing that I wasn’t really affected in any way? He has been such a despicable character lately that it didn’t phase me to see him go. What did make me get a little choked up was Mama Petrelli’s reaction. Poor Angela :(

4. Why is Danko still alive? Can someone kill the sum bitch? Thanks.

5. WTF with Sylar? Seriously. I know that the teaser for Volume 5 definitely left it open for Sylar to come back kicking & screaming, but I hope this is not an attempt to slowly write him off the show. I know he will probably start getting a lot of movie roles due to Star Trek, but I really like seeing him every week. That and I have the following curse: favorite characters = dead characters. (again, fangirl moment)

    1. I actually cried during Angela’s meltdown.
    2. Mando was pissed at the closed-door brawl and remarked “UGH! What a copout!! I WANT TO SEE THIS HUGE EPIC FIGHT!” I guess not enough special effects $$??
    3. When I saw Peter morph in the limo from the Prez to himself, I nearly jumped out of my comfy seat on the couch…Wait, I DID jump out of my comfy seat on the couch and and a dance…
    4. I LOVE Sylar.
    5. I don’t care what anyone says, Parkman’s power is possibly the best one on the show….He’s a powerful sum bitch.
    6. Was this the first time that we see Sylar lusting after Claire? WTF was that?! That totally through me off!

    9. Volume 5: That crazy water/ice bitch. They keep her on the show because she’s eye candy for the male viewers.

    9. Ugh, forgot to mention this too. I couldn’t agree more with you – I believe that’s the only reason she’s still around. I was so happy when they killed her character off b/c she had/has gotten so ridiculous.

    I believe Sylar will come back with a vengeance!!! They can’t remove him from the series because they’ll lose the conflict in the plot. There is no other on going antagonist. Sylar must remain, dammit!
    Suresh needs a bath and flex some muscle. ‘Tis been a while since we’ve seen hot upper torso.
    WTF with Hiro’s bloody orifices? I’m extremely worried.
    I’m sorry we didn’t make it to your party. Definitely have to get together for next season. Heart you!

    sidebar:: everytime I see the preview for “Obsessed” I wanna gag.

    And what is still unresolved is where the kid “rebel” fits in to all of this…i don’t think they gave him enough screen time…it’s almost like they had to do something to the “rebel” thing to be part of the story….I thought for sure Rebel would have something to do with the finale. How long do we have to wait for next season??????

      Ugh, that looks like the most terrible movie ever.
      The whole Rebel character was confusing to me too. Maybe he and icicle lady will join together once again lol.

    WTF? is with Peter?
    He can only have one power at a time now and that i get… but when he shakes Sylar’s hand what power does he use to stun him for so long that he was able to stick the needle in his head?
    We’ve seen Sylar over power other people so why was peter able to slow him down so easy?
    what did he actually do to sylar?
    sry if im being repetitive but it’s bothering me a lot lol
    what did peter do exactly??? cause i think it was left way to vague
