What I Wore: Seeing Red

I haven’t done an outfit post in awhile and I also wanted to showcase my new hair color, so I decided to double up on this lovely Monday with two blog posts! I have been a blonde for over a year, so I figured it was high time I went back to my absolute favorite: red. However, I didn’t want my usual strawberry blonde – I wanted something different and darker. Granted, I wasn’t expecting something this bright and loud, but I think I am finally starting to warm up to it. I just have to get used to my new color palette. I hope all the pink I’m bringing to Europe won’t be a clash fest!

For my first outfit as a Hayley-Williams-esque ginger, I decided to play the part by staying neutral while grunging it up. I know I’ve already featured this top before, but I absolutely love it! It helped me embrace my new color better, although I overheard some snooty girls making some pretty nasty comments about it while I was in a bathroom stall later that night. Ugh, are people still in high school?

That’s one of my favorite parts of the city by the way. My red hair is so envious of yours. The brown dye I put in only lasted on the roots, lol. You make such an awesome red head! One day I will be as bold!
